Our new construction is tailored to our client's specifications and budget. We include real estate support services to source properties directly in our community, often we work with prospective clients in advance of securing a site to develop. We also engage with clients who have already purchased a property or are remodeling their existing home or condo. Our proven process encompasses all phases of the custom build process beginning with initial concepts and continuing through to the final finishing touches. As experienced experts in residential development, we have the experience and resources necessary to address the diverse styles and expectations of our clients.
Renovations
The majority of our clients come to us for design support and creative solutions for their existing property. This is where Lotus shines. Our proven process is applied to our smaller scale additions, renovations and home improvement projects.
